Refunds
There are no refunds. Ticket exchanges are subject to a $2.50 exchange fee. In case of an ordering error, the buyer must contact the box office within 24 hours.

BYO
All Square Foot Theatre productions are Bring Your Own Food with a full bar available on site. We also offer snacks and non-alcoholic beverages at our concession stand. Outside beverages, of any kind, are prohibited.
SFT is a family friendly BYO venue. Any and all consumption of alcohol and action of those under the influence are liable to the ticket purchaser. Any consumer of alcohol must be of legal age and abide by alcohol polices. Theatre staff will use their discretion to address intolerable or inappropriate behavior.
Accessibility
The Square Foot Theatre is fully handicapped accessible. Please inform the Box Office at time of ticket purchase if someone in your party is in a wheelchair.
Weather
If a performance is canceled due to inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances , patrons will have the opportunity to exchange their tickets for another performance of the same production. If there are no remaining performances or tickets available, tickets can be exchanged for another production in the season.
ticket donation
If you are unable to use your tickets, you may contact us to donate them. We will credit the cost of the tickets as a tax-deductible donation to the theatre and send you the appropriate documentation.
liability
Ticket holder assumes all risk and danger including, without limitation, injury, death, personal loss, property damage, or other related harm. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who fails to comply with the terms and conditions and/or rules for the event in which this ticket is issued.
ETIQUETTE
Please turn off cell phones and anything that makes noise while inside the theatre.
The Company reserves the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances. Any customers who are intoxicated or are disruptive, abusive or violent to theatre staff, audience members or performers will be ejected from the theatre. In such circumstances no refunds of tickets will be given.
photography
The taking of photographs or recordings of any kind during the performance is strictly prohibited without permission from Square Foot Theatre management. Anyone seen recording or taking photographs will be asked to leave.
